Application Form
Pre-entry deadline – September 25, 2009.
Passes will be mailed to exhibitors pre-entering.
Animals may be entered the day of the show for an additional entry fee.
All market animals will be weighed by exhibitor and weight turned in on entry
form
5 lb weigh back on goats and lambs
5% weigh back on steers
Registration papers on heifers will be checked.
Animals which move in Thursday and stay through Sunday, will receive 1/2 entry
fee back.
Vehicles transporting livestock only, enter rear gate.
All other vehicles will pay entry fee unless they have a vehicle pass.
Thursday, October 8
8:00 a.m. Livestock may begin moving in
4:00 p.m. Livestock entries open
6:00 p.m. Goat & Lamb weights turned in
6:30 p.m. Both Goat & Lamb shows
start
Saturday, October 10
7:00 - 9:00 a.m. Heifers check in
10:00 a.m. Entries must be
completed and steer weights turned in.
10:30 a.m. Heifer show starts
11:00 a.m. 12:00 noon Weigh, Classify steers
Steer show starts after Heifer show – approximately 1:00 p.m.

Doe Division – Entry fee $15 if received by September 25, 2009
Entry the day of the show - $20 – Cash only.

Class 3- born September 1, 2008 thru December 31, 2008
Class 4- born May 1, 2008 thru August 31, 2008
Class 5- born January 1, 2008 thru April 30, 2008
Class 6- born September 1, 2007 thru December 31, 2007
Steers – Entry fee $25 by September 25, 2009
